Job Description:
Associate Technical Support Engineers will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users by diagnosing issues and engineering solutions for various use cases. Responsibilities include adjusting network configurations, applying software configurations, working with field technicians, analyzing logs, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve customer-impacting issues. The role requires excellent communication and a strong customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality support.
