Job Description
As a Junior Data Scientist at ClinicMind, you will assist the Data Science team in analyzing datasets, building dashboards, and maintaining scalable data workflows using AWS services such as Amazon QuickSight and Amazon Redshift.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and manage datasets using Amazon Redshift and AWS data sources
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy for analytics use
- Build and maintain dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
- Automate recurring reports and enhance dashboard interactivity
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Generate ad-hoc reports and present insights to business teams
- Collaborate with Data Science leads and cross-functional teams
- Participate in sprint reviews, data validation, and stakeholder discussions
- Continuously learn AWS analytics tools and visualization best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight
- Understanding of Amazon Redshift (queries, joins, schemas)
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Basic exposure to Python or R (optional)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Data Analytics
- Amazon QuickSight Author Certification
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Practitioner Essentials
