The company is looking for driven and innovative individuals to join its Customer Success team as Customer Success Associates after successfully completing the traineeship program.
Responsibilities
• Learn and understand the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment business workflows
• Handle client queries through chat, email, and video calls
• Understand customer needs and communicate insights to internal teams
• Resolve user challenges by providing effective solutions or workarounds
• Follow communication guidelines and support procedures
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Continuously deliver high-quality customer service
Traineeship Details
• Duration: 6 months
• Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
• Shift during training: Europe shift (12 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
Upon successful completion of the traineeship and based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time role as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of ₹8,00,000 per annum (₹6,00,000 base salary + ₹2,00,000 performance pay).
Work Shifts (Post Training)
• Europe: 12 PM – 10 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Asia Pacific: 6 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Half North America: 4 PM – 2 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Full North America: 8 PM – 6 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Middle East: Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week (based on business requirements)
