Requirements

Responsibilities

- Audit chats and calls based on product/process knowledge, communication, and soft skills.
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve performance and maintain quality standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback.
- Promote awareness of positive customer experience and service quality.
- Recommend improvements and support process enhancements.
- Assist in improving product/process knowledge for new team members.
- Ensure internal policies and compliance regulations are followed.
- Identify potential process improvements and communicate them to the change team.
- Prepare and execute Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for skill improvement.
Preferred Skills
- 6 months to 1 year experience working with Social Media LOBs or COMO accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ads-related processes will be an added advantage.
