Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech (EEE/ECE) or M.Sc (Physics/ECS).
- Basic understanding of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and BOM management.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Create part numbers for BOM in Agile and Baan systems.
- Create Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) in Agile and Baan systems.
- Download and release customer documents like product specifications.
- Work as a Change Analyst during New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Release part lists to production for new models and ECO implementations.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for manufacturing sites globally.
- Use Agile PLM systems for ECO creation, routing, tracking, and release.
- Coordinate with product and process engineering teams for design updates.
- Respond to customer queries related to Engineering Change Orders.
- Ensure process metrics and operational targets are achieved.

- Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
- Experience with ECO (Engineering Change Order) management.
- Hands-on experience with PLM software.
- Leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
