Requirements
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and databases.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in application support, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to work in customer-facing environments and handle technical incidents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and related components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents under guidance from senior engineers.
- Execute operational tasks such as job monitoring and configuration checks.
- Assist with EDI deployments, partner configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Support BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL queries.
- Perform routine monitoring of servers, databases, and application services.
- Respond to customer incidents and requests following defined SLAs.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
- Work with engineering teams to improve system stability and operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows server administration.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
