Role Overview
The Data Analyst will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, cleanse and transform data, analyze datasets using Python and SQL, develop KPIs and data models, and present findings through visualization and data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract, cleanse, transform and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze data using Python and SQL to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design data models, KPIs and performance metrics.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Assess data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Support ESG-related reporting and visualization when required.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Visualization.
- Strong Power BI knowledge including DAX, Power Query and data modeling.
- Hands-on Python knowledge including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation and ETL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
