Role Overview
The engineer will support global projects involving HVDC cyber security, SCADA systems and secured network architecture while coordinating with stakeholders to improve cyber security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt cyber security architecture for HVDC SCADA and HMI systems.
- Prepare test cases, participate in testing and resolve cyber security issues.
- Design secured SCADA network architectures and strengthen network connections.
- Monitor third-party security patches and implement vendor security features.
- Conduct technical audits and physical security surveys of SCADA environments.
- Manage backups, image handling, patch management and test environments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or EEE.
- Knowledge of networking, security and anti-virus technologies.
- Basic knowledge of IEEE and IEC standards.
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ is preferred.
- SCADA project experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and task ownership.
