Role Overview
The Trade Operations Analyst will support post-trade operations, ensuring trades are processed accurately and on time while investigating exceptions and coordinating with internal teams and counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trade confirmation, settlement and FX processing activities.
- Use CTM for trade confirmations and Aladdin for securities settlement processing.
- Support FX settlement and reconciliation using CLS.
- Investigate and resolve trade processing exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and counterparties.
- Follow operational controls, procedures and trade lifecycle requirements.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Trade Operations or Investment Operations.
- Exposure to CTM, Aladdin and/or CLS platforms.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade operations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Aladdin, Trade Operations, CLS and CTM.
