Responsibilities
• Work on defined instructions to collect ground truth data.
• Execute tasks accurately and report results.
• Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks.
• Perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
• Use software tools for data capture and meet daily process requirements.
• Capture results, communicate issues, escalate failures, and give status reports.
• Raise and close failures/doubts in the portal as per SLA.
• Own daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree
– Fluency in English
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Advanced English CEFR B2/C1
Preferred: Flexible schedule, familiarity with US culture
