- Author build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses.
- Develop work instructions for installing wire harnesses and components.
- Create and maintain manufacturing plans, BOM, and technical documentation.
- Review installation plans in CAPP/MES systems.
- Develop fabrication processes including cutting, sorting, labeling, crimping, soldering, and routing wires.
- Work with tools like wire strippers, crimpers, solder irons, heat guns, and wire cutting machines.
- Create testing and inspection plans for wire harnesses and electrical systems.
- Conduct process audits and ensure manufacturing standards are met.
- Participate in integrated product teams to deliver technical solutions.
