Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst (L1), you will play a key role in customer retention and success by resolving technical issues efficiently and ensuring customers gain maximum value from the Gainsight platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless support outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad and may require night or rotational shifts depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage support tickets effectively.
  • Learn and stay updated with Gainsight product technologies.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage escalations for enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Handle 20+ tickets per week via support platforms.
  • Debug web applications using Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Support proactive account management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in technical support (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  • Understanding of database architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce Apps and web-based applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM.
  • Ability to debug web technologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in night or rotational shifts.
