Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
- Understanding of hardware components such as processors, wireless modules, graphics, and networking devices.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware products such as processors, wireless devices, graphics, Ethernet products, and laptops.
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Remote Access Sessions when required.
- Handle approximately 25–30 calls per day while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure resolution.
- Create knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to transformation initiatives.
