Job Description
As an Analyst – Client Support Services, you will focus on client-facing activities and work closely with teams across India and other global locations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor service performance, analyze support metrics, and identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze support KPIs such as SLA adherence, first response time, and resolution time.
