The selected candidate will primarily focus on automation testing and AI-enabled QA approaches, while receiving structured mentorship and hands-on exposure across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand application features, workflows, and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, sanity, and non-functional testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads.
- Identify, log, and track defects with proper documentation.
- Maintain and enhance automation test suites.
- Leverage AI tools such as AI copilots and test generation tools to improve test coverage.
- Follow QA processes, coding standards, and responsible AI usage practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
- Interest or exposure to test automation and AI-assisted testing.
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Java, Python, etc.).

- Exposure to tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium.
