Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, data center operations, and IT systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and IT solutions to ensure system stability.
- Identify issues and errors before or when they occur.
- Investigate incidents and determine the root cause.
- Provide telephonic or chat-based support to clients when required.
- Execute maintenance activities such as patching and configuration updates.
- Follow incident management and escalation procedures.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles.
- Support disaster recovery implementations and testing.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.
- Experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto or Fortinet.
- Understanding of enterprise network architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SecureCRT or Logic Monitor.
