Job Description
The Support Engineer will provide technical support for queries related to ROV, Survey, C-NAV, and AGV equipment. The role involves database management, real-time troubleshooting, report preparation, and supporting offshore and onshore operations while maintaining SLA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical queries related to ROV, Survey, C-NAV, and AGV systems.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting using available documentation and resources.
- Handle support calls and maintain SLA compliance.
- Issue license keys for data subscriptions using C-NAV software tools.
- Prepare and verify technical procedures and documentation.
- Manage databases using helpdesk and knowledge base software (Peoplesoft, BI, Smart Sheets).
- Create customized reports and dashboards for operations and management teams.
- Analyze trends and perform detailed data evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night & Weekends).
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer fundamentals.
- Willing to work from office when required.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
