Job Description

Salesforce is seeking ambitious and self-driven Technical Support Engineers to join its Global Technical Support Organization. This role offers a fast-track opportunity to master the Salesforce Platform while directly contributing to the success of global enterprises using the #1 AI-powered CRM.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience or familiarity with software programming such as Apex, Python, or JavaScript
• Exposure to Software Product Engineering, Big Data platforms, Snowflake, or Redshift
• Familiarity with Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Strong knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and advanced SQL/SOQL queries
• Experience debugging and developing on the Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, or Flows)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, high-priority customer issues
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Requirements

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud Consultant
• Understanding of cross-cloud Salesforce integrations
• Deep technical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering and tuning AI-driven systems
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools in Salesforce environments
