Requirements
- Graduating Batch: 2024 & 2025 (Only Freshers).
- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Engineering.
- No backlogs / No ATKT.
- Maximum 2 years of educational gap allowed.
- Candidate should not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company (NATS).
- Strong technical foundation in core engineering subjects.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced professionals in manufacturing and product development.
- Gain hands-on exposure to production, maintenance, supply chain management, and quality processes.
- Understand automotive components and aggregate development.
- Support manufacturing planning, production supervision, and maintenance activities.
- Learn and implement quality management systems and problem-solving techniques.
