Requirements
- Must have completed or be in final year of BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in the following disciplines:
- Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics
- Mechanical
- Metallurgy
- Mineral / Mining
- Civil
- Chemical
- Ceramic
- Full-time AICTE/UGC approved campus program mandatory.
- Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 65% (General Category).
- Minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% (Transgender, PwD, SC/ST Candidates).
- Candidates with diploma who directly joined 2nd year engineering are eligible.
- Preference for domicile candidates of Jharkhand and Odisha.
- Age Limit:
- General: Not more than 30 years as on 1 January 2026.
- Transgender, PwD, SC/ST: Not more than 32 years as on 1 January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Undergo one year structured training as Engineer Trainee.
- Participate in technical and operational assignments across departments.
- Meet performance standards during regular evaluations.
- Contribute to plant operations, engineering projects, and safety initiatives.
Emoluments & Benefits
- ₹30,000 per month stipend during 1-year training.
- Medi-Claim coverage:
- ₹2,50,000 per annum hospitalization coverage.
- ₹6,000 per annum OPD coverage.
- On successful completion: ₹7.4 LPA CTC as Assistant Manager (IL6) on Fixed Term Employment for 3 years.

- Online Cognitive and Technical Test.
- Shortlisted candidates will attend interviews (Virtual or In-Person).
