Job Description
TCS iON is the official test provider for the TCS B.Sc Ignite and Smart Hiring process. Candidates must appear in person to take the assessment. The test duration is 120 minutes and includes multiple aptitude and skill-based sections.

Eligibility Criteria
- 3-year full-time graduates from BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Biochemistry)
- B.Voc (CS/IT) graduates are also eligible
- Eligible batches: 2025 and 2026
- Minimum 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Class 10, Class 12, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation
- For Batch 2025: No active backlogs at the time of appearing
- For Batch 2026: Up to one active backlog allowed during the selection process
- No backlogs at the time of joining TCS if selected
- Extended education is not considered eligible
- Education gap should not exceed 24 months (with valid proof)
- Only full-time courses are accepted (part-time/correspondence not eligible)
- NIOS candidates are eligible if other courses are full-time
- Age limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years

Based on test performance, candidates will be shortlisted for Ignite or Smart interviews. Final allocation depends on interview performance. Ignite candidates have the opportunity for accelerated career growth with compensation increases up to 2.5x within 1–2 years.
