Responsibilities
- Design and develop safety-certified embedded firmware for TI’s mmWave radar sensors.
- Implement real-time firmware for radar configuration, calibration, and high-speed data acquisition.
- Develop firmware using fault-tolerant and safety-critical architectures.
- Create RF evaluation applications and firmware tools for production testing.
- Develop scalable interface libraries to simplify sensor usage.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define firmware-hardware interfaces.
- Build automated testing frameworks and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Support product integration and customer engagements.
- Assist in safety audits and compliance with international standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and Assembly.
- Understanding of real-time embedded systems and firmware architecture.
- Experience with bare-metal firmware development.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Lua.
- Exposure to debugging tools such as JTAG, trace analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and firmware testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with mixed-signal analog and digital SoC firmware development.
- Knowledge of analog circuit driver development and calibration algorithms.
