Job Description
As an Associate Workflow Automation Developer, you will support the development and maintenance of automation workflows that streamline marketing and creative operations. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to integrate platforms like Workfront, AEM, Seismic, and DAM systems, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
A Day in the Life
- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and similar tools.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions under guidance.
- Support testing, fixing, and monitoring of workflows for reliability.
- Manage integrations between Workfront, AEM, Seismic, Blee, Criteo, and other marketing platforms.
- Document workflow logic, dependencies, and process updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Review automation performance and recommend improvements.

- Basic understanding of JSON, XML, and APIs is a plus.
- Experience in process documentation or system configuration is beneficial.
