Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, GBM, and K-Means clustering.
• Strong understanding of probability and statistics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders clearly.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytical models.
• Analyze operational and business data to generate data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop and execute solutions using machine learning, optimization, and data analysis techniques.
• Monitor model performance and enable scalable deployments across platforms.
• Research emerging machine learning techniques and share insights with the team.
• Present analytical findings clearly to managers, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with data engineering and operations teams to support ongoing projects.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
