Job Description:
Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python. Working knowledge of AI algorithms and model development with focus on NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of SQL and ETL design patterns.
Good understanding of AI development frameworks, including LLM tools such as vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with implementing multi-agent AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration workflows (MCP and A2A protocols).
Strong knowledge of traditional AI/ML algorithms, predictive modeling, deep learning, including decision trees, neural networks, regression, classification, clustering, and other data mining techniques.
Good analytical skills with solid understanding of data modeling techniques using SQL.
Familiar with APIs, RESTful services, and data connectors.
Awareness of source code control systems such as GitLab and CI/CD build tools.
Nice to Have:
Big Data analytics experience using Azure Cloud, ADLS, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
