Job Description
As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, you will be responsible for database operations, test execution, incident resolution, and IT service management tasks. The role focuses on supporting enterprise systems, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality IT services.
Responsibilities
• Perform database queries and CRUD operations
• Write stored procedures as per Low-Level Design documents
• Prepare and execute test cases, scripts, and test data
• Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets following SOPs
• Monitor computing environments and production servers
• Provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud, and Messaging systems
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and customer communication standards
• Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams and act as a buddy for new hires
Requirements
• Graduation from 2024 or 2025 batch with minimum required academic percentage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and from any Cognizant location across India
