Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst at Zones, you will provide remote technical support to customers and act as the first point of contact for resolving IT-related issues. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently at first contact.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide core IT support to global clients in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through problem-solving steps
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
• Create and manage real-time support tickets within defined SLAs
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
• Maintain accurate logs of customer issues and resolutions
• Communicate effectively using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Skype
• Suggest improvements to procedures and knowledge base articles
Requirements
• 0 – 0.6 months of experience in IT Support (Freshers eligible)
• Strong understanding of basic computer systems and troubleshooting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Customer-focused mindset with multitasking abilities
