Job Description
The Web Developer Associate role involves managing HTML builds, digital content, and campaign materials while ensuring high standards of design, functionality, and performance across web and email platforms.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of HTML 4.1, XHTML 1.0, HTML5, XML, and SQL
- Experience with DIV + CSS based table-less layouts
- Knowledge of CSS 1.0, CSS 2.0 (preferred), and CSS 3.0
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with Email and Campaign Management
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Management
- Familiarity with CMS tools such as Joomla, TeamSite, or Vignette
- Experience with SharePoint content/document management
- Basic knowledge of Website Analytics
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks
- Experience in responsive email and website development
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of SEO, site analysis, and site optimization (added advantage)
- Experience with JIRA or Workfront (added advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity technical problems
- Work closely with peers and update supervisors on progress
- Manage content for desktop and mobile websites
- Build and manage HTML emails and digital campaign assets
- Maintain digital materials including banners, microsites, and campaign pages
- Ensure web content meets international quality and design standards
- Keep up with emerging web technologies and best practices
- Archive web-based information for future reference
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
