Job Description
As an Analyst Trainee, you will work on database operations, service ticket analysis, testing activities, and IT service management tasks. You will support enterprise systems and contribute to innovation-driven projects across multiple technology domains.
Responsibilities
- Describe relationships between database tables and write queries to retrieve data
- Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures
- Prepare and execute test cases, scripts, and test data
- Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets as per SOPs
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
- Monitor computing environments and production servers
- Handle incident management and technical support activities
- Provide support for Windows, network, database, cloud, and collaboration tools
- Adhere to security, compliance, and customer communication standards
- Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams and act as a buddy for new hires
Requirements
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.)
- Minimum 50%–60% academic score as per eligibility criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts and relocate across India
- Open to working across different technologies and domains
- No standing arrears at the time of joining
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch only
- Minimum 50%–60% in X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), and UG
- Consistent academic record
- Indian nationals or OCIs currently residing in India
