- Strong OR fundamentals – LP, MILP, MDP, metaheuristics (such as GA and ACO), etc
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations Research, Industrial Engineering
- Experience working with solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, etc
- Experience designing algorithms/heuristics for solving OR formulations efficiently in an industry/academic setting
