Role Overview
The Central Ops Support Executive remotely supports seller operations by monitoring metrics, coordinating field support, conducting audits, managing stakeholders and helping implement new operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned sites through outbound calls, emails and field coordination.
- Coordinate between field executives, sellers and internal or external agencies.
- Train and guide sellers on operational norms and practices.
- Develop and deploy standard operating procedures.
- Analyze data and identify operational patterns and disruptions.
- Propose features and processes focused on improving seller experience.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or another quantitative/technical field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Ability to identify patterns and scrutinize operational data.
- Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support operations through voice and non-voice channels.
