Job Description
As an Associate in ML Data Operations, you will review short-duration videos of stowing actions inside Amazon fulfillment centers. You will use human judgment along with internal tools to identify, verify, and mark product locations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Audit hundreds of short video clips per shift with high accuracy and speed
- Identify product placement and stowing actions from video/image data
- Maintain defined quality and productivity targets
- Follow predefined break schedules and daily working hours
- Ensure accurate and consistent responses during audits
- Support defect reduction and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Participate in coaching and performance improvement programs
- Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Willingness to work in a non-technical role for a 6-month contract duration
- Ability to audit image, video, and text-based jobs
- Strong attention to detail and high focus while working on screens
- Ability to identify details from blurry or low-quality videos
- Willingness to work on incremental quality and productivity targets
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Comfortable working in remote teams and attending virtual meetings
- Willingness to switch on laptop camera during meetings
Work Schedule & Environment
- 9-hour shifts including scheduled breaks
- Rotational shifts in a 24×7 environment
- 5-day work week with two consecutive rotational weekly offs
- Night shift allowance applicable as per Amazon policy
- Work from home associates must maintain a dedicated workspace
