Job Description

As a Service Desk Associate, you will provide Level-1 (L1) IT support to end users. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage tickets, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to begin their journey in IT support and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide L1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and applications.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and access management.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams.
  • Document solutions and update the knowledge base.
  • Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of computer fundamentals and operating systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and MS Office.
