Responsibilities
- Support cloud and DevOps teams in day-to-day operational activities
- Assist with setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources
- Handle basic user access requests in cloud portals
- Shadow and document troubleshooting of simple cloud issues
- Participate in cloud-based deployment processes
- Help maintain technical documentation such as runbooks and FAQs
- Perform daily health checks of cloud services and dashboards
- Learn and practice DevOps basics including CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Attend trainings and seek mentorship from senior professionals
- Report issues and unusual findings promptly
Requirements
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (servers, storage, networking)
- Interest in learning public cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Willingness to follow standard operating procedures
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic awareness of security policies and access controls
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- 0–1 year of experience (internships, college projects, or certifications are a plus)
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
