Job Description
Episode Six is a fast-growing fintech organization looking to onboard Graduate Trainees in Chennai. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and work on real-time projects involving software development, testing, support, and production monitoring under the guidance of senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build job-specific skills
- Understand and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
- Analyze application logs and perform database validations
- Monitor production and lower environment alerts
- Support deployment activities and report execution errors
- Create, execute, and validate detailed test cases
- Report defects and testing status to stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to achieve project goals
- Provide production and weekend support on a rotational basis
- Willingness to work in APAC, UK, and US shifts
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch
- 0–1 year of experience in software development or technical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
