Job Description
As an Analyst (Support & Operations), you will provide Level-1 (L1) remote desktop support to customers. You will resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues while adhering to SLA guidelines and quality standards.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level-1 remote desktop support via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within SLA timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory policies.
- Maintain high CSAT through First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Keep average handling time (AHT) within defined limits.
- Update worklogs accurately and follow escalation procedures.
- Route complex issues to Level-2 and Level-3 support teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and continuous self-development.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle ticket-based environments.
