Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably BAF, BFM, B.Com, BMS, BBI, BBA) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
MBA or MMS from a recognized university
Progress towards CFA certification is highly desirable
0–2 years of experience as a research or financial analyst
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and comprehension skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Perform data extraction and analysis on financial models and valuation reports
Collect financial and business data from public sources and proprietary databases
Summarize and validate financial information as per business unit guidelines
Prepare and analyze trial balances and accounting schedules
Transfer financial data to Income Statements and Balance Sheets
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Analyze income statements, cash flows, ratios, and segment performance
Maintain work quality above 99% and adhere to defined turnaround times
Raise queries proactively and suggest process improvements
Participate in training sessions, pilot runs, and team walkthroughs
