Requirements
- 0–3 years of full-time engineering experience or equivalent project work
- Strong fundamentals in computer science and debugging
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure and modern backend frameworks
- Interest in real-time systems, AI-powered applications, or workflow automation
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn from senior engineers
Responsibilities
- Build and improve real-time telephony and conversation-processing services
- Implement features in the Agentic AI workflow engine
- Develop backend APIs and integrations with dealer management systems
- Contribute to internal tools for Operations, Design, and Growth teams
- Participate in code reviews, observability, and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with founders and senior engineers on system architecture
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Exposure to React or similar frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of MongoDB, ClickHouse, Pinecone, or event-driven systems
- Understanding of LLMs, telephony (SIP, WebRTC), or backend performance tuning
