Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts during requirement analysis.
• Perform manual and automated tests using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and track defects using bug tracking systems.
• Improve testing processes to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Provide accurate reports on testing progress, coverage, and defects.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications
• BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, M.Sc (CS/IT), MCA.
• 2023 graduates with a minimum of 65% in UG/PG.
• Minimum 75% in SSLC and HSC.
• No academic gaps.
Skills Required
• Course certification in software testing (optional but beneficial).
• Strong knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to reproduce issues and document defects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
