Wipro has announced its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) for the 2025–26 batch, offering BCA and B.Sc students a unique opportunity to work while pursuing an M.Tech degree sponsored by Wipro.

Job Description
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is designed to support BCA and B.Sc graduates by offering employment while simultaneously enabling them to pursue an M.Tech degree from a premier academic institution. This program allows students to earn, learn, and build an exceptional career foundation with hands-on industry experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above
Year of Passing: 2025
Eligible Degrees:
• BCA
• B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
Other Conditions:
• Open school/distance learning allowed only for 10th & 12th
• 1 backlog allowed at assessment time
• Core Mathematics must be studied in graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
• Max 3 years education gap (before graduation)
• No gaps allowed during graduation
• Citizenship: Indian / PIO / OCI; Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit citizenship proof
• Applicants must be 18+ at the time of registration
• 3 months cool-off period before reappearing
Stipend & Salary Structure:
Year 1: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
Year 2: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
Year 3: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
Year 4: ₹23,000
Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
Selection Process:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
• Verbal – 20 mins – 20 questions
• Analytical – 20 mins – 20 questions
• Quantitative – 20 mins – 20 questions
• Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Round 3: Business Discussion
Service Agreement: 60 months
(Joining bonus payable back on a pro-rata basis if the candidate exits early)
