Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized three or four-year college or university. Applicants must have novice to intermediate-level understanding of software development and enjoy working in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced growth environment, and passion for programming are essential. Required technical skills include C#, modern application and data development tools, web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, understanding of APIs, HTTP and TCP/IP, data structures, algorithms, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of energy and financial markets is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The Software Developer / Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web scraping services using C# within an existing software framework. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code in a professional agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working on service and application development, testing, deployment, and improvement of data pipelines. The role also involves participating in planning and daily stand-ups, analyzing requirements, following development best practices, learning from feedback, and contributing to high-quality product delivery.
