Role Overview
The Associate will support clients in improving integrated supply chain planning through analytical assessments, process design, scenario analysis, planning optimization and advanced planning system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and improvement of demand, supply, inventory and S&OP processes.
- Analyze planning performance, forecast accuracy, service levels, capacity utilization and inventory health.
- Develop data-driven insights and models for scenario analysis and planning decisions.
- Support workshops for requirements gathering and future-state process development.
- Translate business requirements into advanced planning system configuration needs.
- Support planning application configuration, master data setup, planning logic and scenario modeling.
- Develop data mapping documents between ERP or legacy systems and APS data models.
- Build and maintain integration test cases for ERP, data lake and APS data flows.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations and process documentation.
- Contribute to business cases and internal capability-building initiatives.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Exposure to at least one APS platform such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets involving cleaning, transformation and validation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail and stakeholder management skills.
- APS implementation experience and relevant certifications are advantageous.
