Role Overview
The Operations Associate will engage with inbound leads, understand students’ accommodation requirements, recommend suitable options and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for the Australia region.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and guide them through the booking process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accommodation recommendations.
- Develop knowledge of student housing options, pricing and locations.
- Follow up with potential customers to support booking closure.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supply teams.
- Record customer interactions, inquiries and bookings in the CRM system.
- Meet sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Graduate with at least 60% academic performance.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
- Strong active listening and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
- Prior telesales experience is a plus.
- Real estate, hospitality, business development or customer service experience is preferred.
Salary & Career Information
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA fixed. The role also offers a performance-driven variable component and exposure to international sales, customer success, CRM operations and student accommodation services.
