Role Overview
The Customer Insights & Analytics team provides analytical support to brand, market research, and commercial teams. The intern will help transform governed commercial datasets and business metrics into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with commercial data sources and governed datasets in Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Query metric views using SQL and Python in Databricks notebooks.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze patient journeys, segmentation, targeting, channel spending, and persistency.
- Use Generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to support analysis and reporting automation.
- Present findings and contribute to stakeholder discussions and business recommendations.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Degree in a quantitative discipline from a Tier-I institute.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- SQL and Power BI experience are preferred.
