Job Description
As an SDET Intern at Sprinto, you will learn how to ensure product quality while contributing to real features and workflows. You will gain hands-on exposure to automation testing, debugging, and test design while working closely with developers and senior QA engineers.
Responsibilities
• Assist in writing and maintaining automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers
• Review product requirements with mentors to understand testing needs
• Improve existing test coverage by identifying missing cases and reducing test flakiness
• Support manual testing of new features and regression cycles
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to verify workflows and functionality
Requirements
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript / Node.js preferred; Python or Java also acceptable)
• Familiarity with at least one testing or scripting framework (Playwright, Selenium, Jest, PyTest, etc.)
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals such as test cases and debugging
• Curiosity to learn automation and explore system behavior
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced product environment
