Requirements
Candidates should have working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android. Applicants must have experience or academic exposure to automated test script development using Java or Python. Familiarity with mobile automation tools like Android Studio, ADB, Xcode, Appium, and Appium Inspector is preferred. Knowledge of Git, Linux/Mac terminal commands, defect tracking tools like Jira, and various testing methodologies is required.
Responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer at Dexcom, you will participate in software requirements and design reviews, create software verification plans and test protocols, and conduct software risk analysis. Responsibilities include developing and executing automated test scripts, validating software functionality and user interfaces, tracking defects, analyzing failures, collaborating with development teams, and preparing detailed test reports. You will also ensure compliance with medical, cybersecurity, and validation regulations.
