Job Description
The L1 – Service Desk role at Zones LLC is an entry-level technical support position for freshers. As part of the IT support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries and technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction through prompt, effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide core IT support to global clients in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through problem-solving steps.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
- Create and document real-time support tickets and resolve issues within SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when required.
- Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Any graduate (0–0.6 months experience in IT support or related area).
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.:
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment).
- Strong multitasking and customer service orientation.
